The Cooking Cream is best added at the end of the cooking process to provide greater consistency and a special flavor to hot dishes such as pasta and fish. With 20% fat content, it is ideal for lighter dishes that are still full of flavor.
The Whipping Cream, with 36% fat content, is perfect for desserts, sweet baking preparations, and even for coffee.
Las Tres Niñas Shelf-Stable Creams join the brand’s existing portfolio, which includes Whole Shelf-Stable Milk, Reduced-Fat Milk, Fat-Free (0%) Milk, Lactose-Free Milk, and Cocoa Milk.
